Product Return and Exchange Policy
- All orders will be shipped either foreign or domestic via United States Postal Service per the selected service during checkout process. In some instances your order may ship the same day it was ordered, but most cases it will ship the next business day. Business day refers to Monday through Friday.
Cancellation & Returns
- You may return most items, subject to the Product Condition stipulations below, within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product.
- If the order HAS NOT shipped, you may cancel your order by contacting customer service or call us at (541) 269-1103 for a complete refund including shipping costs. After the order has shipped, the order will fall under returns and you should direct your email to Refunds and Exchanges.
- Shipping costs are not refundable except if the return is a result of our error where you received the wrong item. If the error was ours, we will also pay reasonable shipping cost(s) for you to send the item(s) back to us.
- Items that are returned more than 10 days after delivery are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- If your order was paid with a check, your refund will be by check. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. Orders placed using a credit card for payment will be credited back to the card used to place the order and will be credited within 3 business days after we receive the returned products.
- You may exchange most items, subject to the Product Condition stipulations below, within 10 days of delivery for any product.
- If the exchange is a result of our error and you received the wrong item or in the case of the VHS tape, a defective tape, we will pay all shipping costs incurred, including reasonable shipping cost(s) to send the item(s) back to us and shipping cost(s) to send the correct item to you.
- All clothing items must be in original condition. (Must be clean and show no signs of being washed.)
- For refund or exchange for another product, the VHS tape or DVD, "Fire on the Track " must be in the original unopened shrink-wrap. If it has been opened, we will consider it watched or defective and will only do a direct exchange for another tape or DVD.
- All books must be in original condition and must show no signs of being read.
- Painting reproduction and posters must be in original condition.
- Reasonable shipping cost is considered standard Parcel Post package mail in the U.S. For example, if you send something back to us Priority Express and it costs you $15.00 to send it, we will calculate what the package would cost to send regular Parcel Post and that will be the amount of your shipping reimbursement. Non U.S. customers, please get a reasonable shipping estimate before contacting us.
